Trailers and Tractors Move in Two-ferry Convoys

Heavy trucks can be transported by CargoRail using special trailer and tractor ferries. Drivers can ride in cabs for short routes used to by-pass large urban areas wherein the drivers are needed for over-the-road driving for the largest portion of the truck route.

Truck trailers can be carried on trailer ferries in the same manner as trailers are carried by railroad cars. CargoRail offer the advantage of non-stop, higher-speed transport in much less trip time than available with most railroad transport.
