Small 3-passenger dualmode electric cars provide automated personal car service on guideways and allow normal street operation for short trips away from guideway. Batteries charge either at home, at the workplace, or on guideway. Driver and passengers my exit cars at PAT stations and have system store and return cars to station for driver and passengers upon command of the driver. Congested area parking hassles are thus avoided. Guideway access would be similar to MegaRail.
